Sears is more than just a simple department store. It is a huge company that encompasses the Craftsman and Kenmore brands, it’s an auto service center, and it now also owns Kmart. By using Sears coupons, you can save yourself a lot of money.
Sears coupons can be used either online, at Sears.com, or in-store. To use the coupon online, you would type in the coupon code (sometimes called “promotion code” or “promotional code”), and to use it in-store you would print it out and take it with you. (To save on ink and toner costs, if a coupon appears online in color, you can tell your printer to print it out in black and white.)
Here are some websites where you can find Sears coupons:
- Sears.com
Sears.com is the natural first place to look for Sears coupons. You can almost always find coupons right on the front page or by clicking on certain categories. For in-store coupons, there will be a link to download and print the coupon.
If you scroll down the page, on the lower left side you’ll see a box labeled “email savings sign-up.” If you enter your email address in the box and click Submit, you can have Sears send coupons right to your email inbox, rather than having to hunt for them yourself.
- BehindtheCounter.com
BehindtheCounter.com is a website where you can find coupons for many different retailers. Details are given for each coupon, as well as when that coupon expires. For some coupons you can just click the link provided; for others you’ll need to write down the coupon code.
- MyCoupons.com
MyCoupons.com is another site to get coupons from. They currently have 83 Sears coupons listed. There is a link in the upper right corner of the page that you can use to add MyCoupons as one of your web browser’s search engines, which will allow you to search the site for Sears coupons (or other coupons) directly from your browser’s search bar.
In addition to using coupons, there are other ways to maximize your savings when buying things from Sears. You can sign up for a Sears credit card, which will give you access to varying deals on Sears merchandise that are only available when you use your Sears card. You can check the Sears clearance page for current deals and discounts. And you can shop Sears online through MyPoints (which is free to join) and earn 2-5 points per dollar spent. Those points can then be redeemed (once you’ve accumulated enough) for gift cards to many different merchants – including Sears.
